GROUP F.A.Q.
Q: What time does my group area open?
A: For the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Living Room, Logistics Health Inc "Salute Suite", Interstate Roofing "Homerun Haven" and the Budweiser Bullpen, the area will open one hour before first pitch. The Miller Lite Mezzanine and Wipfli Fan Deck will open for your group fourty five minutes before first pitch.
Pre-Game Picnics on the Timber Terrace will start two and one-half hours before the first pitch and the area will be yours for one and one-half hours.
Q: How many people are required to book and outing?
A: A minimum number of twenty people are required to book an area at Copeland Park.
Q: Is my ticket price included with my group?
A: Yes, your game ticket is included with all group areas in the ballpark.
Q: What is the initial cost to book an outing at Copeland Park?
A: To book an outing with the Loggers, a 25% deposit is required two weeks after booking. Then 10 days prior to your date, final numbers and final payment would then be due. Once final payment is complete, all tickets would then be issued to your group.
Q: Do kids receive a discount?
A: Yes, for kids 12 years old or younger the price would be $15 per person when booking the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Living Room, Logistics Health Inc "Salute Suite", and the Interstate Roofing "Homerun Haven". For the Wipfli Fan Deck, Miller Lite Mezzanine and pre-game picnics, the price for kids would be $10 per person.
Q: What is all included when booking one of the cabins or deck areas?
A: All patrons on the cabins will receive a catered meal from a local restaurant, all-you-can drink coke and Miller Lite products, cable t.v., a private area for your group only and a free Loggers Pilsner Glass to every member in your group. Groups on the deck will receive an all-you-can eat and drink type setting and for groups of 100 or more on the decks, you will have the opportunity to book it exclusively.
All groups will also receive a specialty p.a. announcement and welcome during the nights contest!
Q: Can we decorate our area?
A: Yes, you are allowed to bring in balloons or other decoration should you choose to do so, however we do not allow banners to hang inside or out of the group area.
Q: Can I carry in food products and beverages for my group?
A: No. The La Crosse Loggers do not allow food or beverage items to be carried into the ballpark.
Q: What is the clubs rainout policy for all group areas?
A: If inclemement weather becomes an issue and the game is cancelled before the gates open, your group will have an opportunity to select another date based on availability or be refunded.
If the gate opens on your scheduled day and then the game becomes rained out before it becomes fan complete (five complete innings or four and one-half innings with the home team leading) the policy goes as followed below:
PARTY DECK GROUPS: Will get their pass stamped upon exiting the park and can exchange for a party deck pass for a future game.
LOG CABINS / SUITES: Your group as a whole will have two options: (1) Will be afforded the right to remain in the cabin(s) and enjoy the catered meals and beverages up to an additional one and one-half hours after the game is called or (2) receive a 50% refund from their total payment. The group will then depart and receive one ticket voucher per person for a future home game at Copeland Park based on availability.
BUD BULLPEN: Will get their tickets stamped upon exiting the park and can exchange their game tickets for a future home game. (reserved seating not guaranteed)
GRANDSTAND SEATING: Will get their tickets stamped upon exiting the park and can exchange their tickets to a future home game. (reserved seating not guaranteed)
Q: Is there any certain discounts or specialty nights at the ballpark?
A: Yes! If your group books an outing in the grandstand and purchases a $4 coupon for each member in your group, we will take $1 off your game ticket. All groups on the Miller Lite Mezzanine and the Wipfli Fan Deck receive a $2 dollar discount to those that walk-up to the deck area.
Make sure to ask about concession specials as well when booking your outing!!
